Product description

Neutral protease is an endoprotease obtained from the submerged fermentation of Bacillus subtilis 1398, which has been selected and cultivated, and then purified and extracted by microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and vacuum freeze-drying technology. The molecular weight is 35000-40000Da.

It can be used for protein hydrolysis treatment of food, medicine, feed, cosmetics, nutritional health products, etc.

Conditions of Use:

Effective temperature: 30-55℃; 45℃ (most suitable)

Effective pH: 5.5-8.5; 6.0-7.5 (most suitable)

Dosage: the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3%, depending on the type, concentration and reaction conditions of substrate.
