Product description
Pncretin is a general term for a group of enzymes extracted from porcine pancreas, mainly trypsin, pancreatic amylase and pancreatic lipase . It can decompose protein, starch and lipid at the same time, and is widely used in food additive, food processing, washing and other industries.
Conditions of Use:
Effective temperature: 40-55℃; 50℃ (most suitable)
Effective pH: 7.0-8.5; 7.5-8.0 (most suitable)
Dosage: the recommended dosage is 0.15-0.2%, depending on the type, concentration and reaction conditions of substrate.
