Product description
Trypsin is a protease purified from pig pancreas by multiple crystallization and further prepared by chromatography and ultrafiltration technology. It is composed of 223 Amino Acid residues with a molecular weight of about 24000. Widely used in biological, food and other industries of research and development, production, testing field.
Conditions of Use:
Effective temperature: 30-55℃; 35-45℃ (most suitable)
Effective pH: 5.5-8.5; 7.5-8.0 (most suitable)
Dosage: the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3%, depending on the type, concentration and reaction conditions of substrate.
