Product description
Alkaline protease is an endoprotease obtained by submerged fermentation and culture of Bacillus licheniformis 2709, which is purified and extracted by microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and vacuum freeze-drying technology. It is also called Bacillus licheniformis protease. It consists of 275 and 274 Amino Acid residues, forming a polypeptide chain with a molecular weight of about 27300Da.
Conditions of Use:
Effective temperature: 30-60℃; 45-55℃ (most suitable)
Effective pH: 7.0-11.0; 8.5-10.5 (most suitable)
Dosage: the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3%, depending on the type, concentration and reaction conditions of substrate.
