Product description

Acid protease is a kind of endoprotease obtained by submerged fermentation and culture of selected Aspergillus niger, and then refined and extracted by microfiltration, ultrafiltration and vacuum freeze-drying technology. Widely used in alcohol, white wine, beer, brewing, food processing, feed addition, leather processing and other industries.

Conditions of Use:

Effective temperature: 30-50℃; 40-45℃ (most suitable)

Effective pH: 2.0-5.0; 2.5-3.5 (most suitable)

Dosage: the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3%, depending on the type, concentration and reaction conditions of substrate.
